Lana Nelson, DPT

Description

I was born and raised in Montana, with most of my schooling completed in Columbus, MT. I obtained my bachelor's degree in Human and Health Performance from Montana State University – Billings in 2014 and then moved with my husband to Denver, CO, to attend Regis University, where I received my Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree in 2017. I remained in Denver and spent seven years working at the University of Colorado Hospital before moving back to Montana to be closer to my family. I joined the rehab team at Intermountain Health in 2023. I have a passion for treating individuals of all ages and specialize in diagnoses related to neurological conditions, chronic pain, and post-surgical rehabilitation. I take pride in my ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and help people reach their goals.  When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, which includes my husband, two children, and dog. I am happy to be back in Montana and serve the community I grew up in.
